Belize Sotheby’s International Realty recently attended the Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty SkiNE (Ski Networking Event) in Lake Tahoe Feb 14-16, 2017.

These events are a wonderful opportunity to promote Belize and create beneficial partnerships with successful professionals in the Sotheby’s International Realty Network.

Kristin Fisher attended the event and experienced beneficial networking with some of the top Sotheby’s International Real Estate professionals representing resort and lifestyle markets from the Western states of California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Washington, Wyoming and Montana.

During the meeting, Sotheby’s International Realty associates learned about the powerful Sotheby’s Brand from guest speaker Fran Santangelo.

Some highlights include our 21 Million web page visits in 2016 with 55% of those visits originating from OUTSIDE the USA! Global marketing benefits our Belize property owners.
Sotheby’s International Realty has 880 Offices in 70 Countries, which had 84 Billion in annual sales last year!
The top markets where leads are coming from in the USA are New York, LA, Chicago, Dallas and Houston.

Agent panel discussions provided an opportunity to learn from successful agents within the Sotheby’s International Realty Network. The topics included:
– Handling Commission and Other Tough Objections
– Dealing with Difficult Sellers
– Secrets to Success- Lessons from the Field

During Day 2, a fun event of Skiing was planned including lunch in an amazing ski-in/ ski-out condo on the mountain.
This allowed for more networking and getting familiar with the resort market in Tahoe. Everyone was excited and receptive to learn about Belize as well!
